About SAVE’s Emergency Shelter:
- SAVE’s 30-bed shelter offers a safe place for women and children fleeing abuse. Residents can stay up to 90 days. If we can’t accommodate you at our shelter, a SAVE advocate will assist you with resources for alternate shelter. Call our 24-hour Hotline.
- Our program is designed to help residents heal and start anew. Services include case management, counseling, parenting, financial literacy, and job-readiness workshops. Program staff can also assist residents with connecting to community resources such as childcare, CalWORKs, SSI, low-income housing, and more.
- Every effort is made to ensure that all SAVE services are appropriate and accessible, and reflect our clients’ diverse cultures and backgrounds.
