Housing First Support Coordinator (Bi-lingual):

The Housing First Support Coordinator is responsible for providing crisis intervention and assessment services to survivors of Intimate Partner violence who are seeking services at SAVE’s Empowerment Center. The Housing First Support Coordinator works with the Housing First team to determine survivors’ eligibility for Housing First services and other SAVE resources. The coordinator provides ongoing support to survivors who are receiving services in our Housing First program. They provide client support through mobile advocacy and the provision of emergency and support services including food, clothing and transportation. The coordinator researches and assists in the development of new housing and service opportunities for program participants.

Safe House Program Assistant:

The SAVE Safe House is offering a rewarding entry-level position under the leadership of the Safe House Program Manager. The Safe House Program Assistant (SHPA) is responsible for staff coverage during varied shifts including morning, evening/late night, overnight, holiday, and weekend hours while providing backup support to other safe house staff (both administrative and programmatic) and direct services to safe house clients. The SHPA responds to the 24-hour crisis line and provides advocacy, information, and referrals to those who have experienced intimate partner violence in the community. Additionally, the SHPA is responsible for maintaining and updating shelter program data, administrative files, ordering and maintaining pantry food and supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and general maintenance of the safe house environment.

Client Support Advocate (Bi-lingual):

The Client Support Advocate staffs the front desk at our Empowerment Center and is the first contact for survivors and others as they walk through our doors. The advocate is responsible for ensuring that everyone feels welcome, safe and supported. The advocate performs a wide variety of tasks, both with survivors and in support of the programs and activities of the Empowerment Center. The advocate is part of our Crisis Response team and assists with the delivery of all of our immediate crisis response services
