For fifty years, SAVE has stood beside survivors, families, and our community with unwavering commitment. What began as a bold vision by a small group of determined founding mothers has grown into a trusted, life-saving resource serving thousands of survivors.

This year, we celebrate not just a milestone, but a movement.

For five decades, we have answered crisis calls in the middle of the night. We have opened doors to safety. We have provided counseling, advocacy, and hope when it mattered most. And we have done it because of a community that believes everyone deserves to live free from violence.

Rooted in Courage

Our story is one of resilience and bravery. From grassroots beginnings to becoming a cornerstone of support in our community, SAVE’s journey has been shaped by the voices of survivors, the leadership of past board members, the dedication of long term volunteers, and the generosity of supporters who stood with us year after year.

Stronger Together

As we mark 50 Years Strong, we honor the women who founded SAVE, the advocates who carried the mission forward, and the countless community members who believed in this work before it was widely understood or supported.

Looking Ahead

Fifty years is a powerful legacy, but our work is not finished.

As we step into the next chapter, we remain focused on expanding access to services, strengthening prevention efforts, and deepening community partnerships. The future calls for innovation, compassion, and bold leadership, and we are ready.

Because strong is not just about longevity.
Strong is about standing up.
Strong is about showing up.
Strong is about never giving up.

Together, we are 50 Years Strong, and just getting started.
